A. Demand Generation and Station Utilization Management (50%) : * Evaluate demand at existing swap stations and leverage data to identify high utilization stations. * Conduct trend analysis of utilization, develop strategies based on data for demand normalization. * Identify new areas for setting up of swap stations based on demand data analysis * Forecast monthly swaps, revenue based on forecasting tools and develop models to forecast demand * Monitor performance and implement changes. Achieve monthly/yearly station utilization targets B. Network Expansion and Partnerships (20%) : * The candidate must take initiatives to develop new partnerships for HEID business for Station Location Partnerships, New Business Opportunity etc. * Candidate must be willing to conduct due diligence and site visits if required to conduct feasibility study C. Customer Persona Identification and Business Model Improvement (15%) : * He/She must conduct deep dive analysis to develop deeper understanding of customer personas suitable for Swappable vehicles * Engage with marketing team to expand base of customers for vehicle sales promotion * Prepare monthly MIS summary reports to senior management D. Collaboration (15%) * Collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing, Technical, finance and Operations) to bring together business objective achievement goals * Engage with external stakeholders such as OEMs, research firms and external vendors * Communicate with Operation team and understand the requirements of station set-up Requirements : - He/She should have an extremely strong desire to be involved and develop his/her own career through Honda - Candidate must have a customer first oriented mindset, customer centric thoughts and approach - Applicant must understand and sympathize with the essence of battery as a service (Baas) that we promote, and should have a strong will and passion to contribute to this. - We are a local subsidiary of Global Honda, but we are a start up company. The applicant must have a venture mindset - The applicant must follow the instructions of supervisors and to confirm any points that are unclear. The ability to report and communicate with others. Preferred candidate profile : - Experience in planning roles is welcome - Good knowledge of data tools (Advanced excel, Tableau) - Strategic mindset and good communication skills - Hands on approach - Willingness to travel if required (Requires moderate travel) - Communication & Presentation skills Qualification : BE Or B.Tech / Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience
