Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager-National-Business Consulting at EY, you will be part of the CBS - AWS - CNS Executive Assistants team, contributing towards building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. The Business Consulting sub-service line focuses on driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems and encompasses areas such as finance consulting, business transformation, and supply chain and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support a team of approximately 30 secretaries, ensuring balanced workload division. - Maintain and update mapping of secretaries to business leaders, ensuring alignment with business needs. - Act as the first point of contact for addressing grievances, operational concerns, and escalations from the secretarial team. - Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to ensure secretaries have the necessary access and tools to perform their duties. - Liaise with the L&D Team to organize knowledge transfer sessions and training when new technologies or processes are introduced. - Identify and implement improvements in secretarial support processes to enhance efficiency and service quality. - Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation related to team performance and training schedules. Qualification Required: - Masters degree in business administration, Operations, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in PMO, operations, or administrative coordination roles. - Prior experience managing or coordinating support teams (e.g., secretaries, executive assistants). - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
