Assistant Manager- Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Prudential Health India, you will play a crucial role in transforming the health insurance experience in India. You will manage health & wellness business requirements, develop in-depth understanding of business processes, and ensure continuous improvement in processes and capabilities. Your collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential in creating delightful experiences for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage health & wellness business requirements and implementation in active collaboration with functional representatives. - Solicit, develop, and validate business requirement documentation through a clear understanding of current vs future processes, and document clear acceptance criteria for user stories. - Lead brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive consideration of business requirements and opportunities. - Develop in-depth understanding of business processes, articulate use-cases, user-stories & requirement documents/change requests for identified features/capabilities for applicable platforms and projects. - Perform process impact analysis across various platforms and design Business Process Flows, obtaining signoff from key functional stakeholders. - Identify pain points, bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in processes, and work towards enhancing process efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, contribute to the platform technology roadmap, and drive day-to-day prioritization of work on capabilities. - Ensure that acceptance criteria are defined & met; lead testing in collaboration with functional users including joint preparation & review of test plan, test cases, user acceptance testing. Qualifications Required: - End-to-end knowledge of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems. - Ability to convert high-level processes into detailed business requirement documents. - Proven track record of end-to-end implementation and business outcome delivery of significant insurance systems. - Expertise in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, and usability testing. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. - Hands-on knowledge of Confluence & JIRA, behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools, and SDLC tracking tools.
