Assistant Manager Budgeting and MIS

As an MIS & Budgeting professional, your role will involve various responsibilities including: - Consolidating Group's Financial Internal reporting, Budgets, and Automating financial processes - Preparing and consolidating annual budgets, long-term business plans, and other relevant sheets for Group businesses periodically - Creating and consolidating Board Slides & presentations for Standalone & Consolidated entities quarterly and annually - Analyzing profit gaps between MIS and financial results quarterly, and resolving discrepancies after discussions with businesses - Compiling all annexures of MIS monthly for the group - Consolidating Group Financial MIS (Profitability / Capex etc) on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis - Preparing M CAP sheet for the Consolidated entity monthly - Ensuring all data in the formats are complete and representable - Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the development and implementation of Finance Dashboards regularly - Conducting meetings to ensure accuracy and completeness of Financial processes/Dashboards - Reviewing Automation tools periodically and sending variances to businesses for correction - Studying and analyzing new capex proposals regularly - Assisting in capex review meetings and providing necessary information to Top Management - Supporting the direct tax team by providing actuals and estimates data of businesses for advance tax working - Providing group financial data (including non-SAP units) to various Corporate functions as required - Assisting in new projects analysis by evaluating DPR / PPR or impact on group profitability and ROCE norms - Approving Budget & DPRs for Units and tracking all approved DPR/PPRs - Conducting various trend analyses related to Budgets and DPRs Please note that the location for this role is in Manesar.,
