Lead Brand Campaigns:
Own 360 brand campaigns — translating business goals into compelling narratives and driving execution across digital, social, performance, and internal touchpoints.
Social media & Creative Excellence:
Manage end-to-end creative workflows and social content planning, ensuring timely, engaging, and on-brand storytelling across platforms.
Champion AI + Innovation:
Lead the use of AI tools for creative generation, building scalable systems and encouraging experimentation with emerging tech and formats.
Lead Internal & External Event Branding:
Own branding for internal events and partner activations, managing everything from concept to collaterals, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Track, Optimize, Repeat:
Drive data-led decision-making by owning campaign dashboards, competitor benchmarking, and insight-driven creative improvements.

Key Requirements:

2–4 years in brand marketing, digital content, or creative campaign management.
Experience managing social media calendars and content workflows.
Familiarity with performance ads, reels, short-form content, and platform best practices.
Hands-on with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and curious about AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Chat GPT, etc.).
Passion for brand storytelling, a sharp creative eye, and the hunger to constantly improve.
