Education & desired experience:-

1. B. Tech (Food Technology) with minimum 10 years of Experience in the Biscuits Production.

• Handsome experience in the SAP PP module.
• Production Scheduling.
• Reduction of wastage
• Improve efficiency.
• Meet production target.
• Ensure smooth production.
• Development of subordinates.
• Giving knowledge to reporting officers, operators, workers.
• New product trials, if any.
• Automation.
• Sending assistants for training.
• Reduction in market complaint.
• Improving Quality and Productivity.
• In process traceability of products as per traceability procedures.
• Fulfillment of dispatch schedule.
• Participation in trouble shooting activities of shop floor.
• Implementation and maintenance of quality system.
• Training and controlling / monitoring work of supervisors / officers / staff.
• Identification of training needs of employees.
• Take disciplinary actions against the non performer.
• Implementation of 5S & FSMS, & IMS/EHS
• Co–ordinate with other depts. For achieving the routine work.
• Reporting To Production manager

(1) Daily Production & wastage status.

(2) Weekly Production Status.

(3) Day to day Activity.

• Provide adequate guidance to QA personal., Production Officer responsible for discharging their duties as per the company’s approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• To monitor and coordinate the progress for the FSMS, EHS & IMS implementation
• To motivate the Team to achieve highest targets for the Safety and EHS
• To Ensure the USe of PPEs in the department & in the factory.
• Will be responsible to highlight the short comings w.r.t. EHS/IMS
• In case of unsafe conditions will be responsible to take adequate actions for the safe condition.
