Assistant Manager-billing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the management and oversight of Order to Cash processes within the shared service organization. Your main goal will be to ensure the timely and accurate generation, dispatch, and revenue assurance following defined processes and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the preparation and dispatch of invoices for all branches from the AR Module. - Resolve escalated issues related to differential cases such as temporary or additional services, ad-hoc services, events/exhibitions, etc. - Review and ensure the updation of all differential case invoices in the AR Module. - Participate in investigations to resolve escalated customer issues and correspond with customers if necessary. - Provide approval for the write-off of uncollectible balances as per guidelines. - Monitor and review timely receipt reconciliation against invoices. - Ensure the updation of required documents (TDS certificates, etc.) received from clients as per the process. - Periodically review client accounts and highlight disputed cases. - Liaise with the legal department in case of defaulter clients and cheque bouncing cases. - Periodically review monthly movements in client accounts. - Review reports for the order to cash process, including outstanding reports, credit reports, etc. - Facilitate the audit process and plan corrective actions on any issues highlighted by the audit team. Qualifications Required: - You should have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. - Postgraduate education is required. - Preferred industry experience in Finance. - Experience in functional areas is preferred for this role.
