We are currently seeking applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Graphic Designer in our Training Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing all training collateral and marketing materials to support the capability build teams across the Growth Portfolio. As an Assistant Manager, Graphic Designer at Genpact, your responsibilities will include: - Refining and generating ideas to create visually appealing designs - Delivering high-quality designs with a solid foundation in typography, layout, and design - Experience with transitions, animation, motion design, and dynamic interactions - Proficiency in MS Office toolsets, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Storyline - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver refined designs within tight deadlines - Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and time management skills - Ability to work collaboratively and independently, following directions effectively - Self-motivated and quick to adapt to new tools in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in video creation and editing Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Relevant experience in Media Design & Development Preferred qualifications: - Experience in Web Designing If you are passionate about creating visually stunning designs and have the skills and qualifications mentioned above, we would like to hear from you.
