Role Overview: You are being sought as an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager - Banquet Sales to join the sales team at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad. Your primary responsibilities will include driving banquet sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for all banquet and catering events. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement banquet sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. - Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct client meetings to convert leads into confirmed business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers. - Coordinate closely with the Banquet Operations, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to ensure flawless event execution. - Maintain detailed records of client preferences, event requirements, and follow-ups. - Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within East Delhi and Ghaziabad. - Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and post-event feedback. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as required. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - 5 to 8 years of experience in banquet sales or event management, preferably within reputed hotels in East Delhi or Ghaziabad. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead and motivate teams while working independently. - Strong networking skills and local market understanding.,
