Job Description

An Axis Bank Sales Officer's role focuses on acquiring new customers and growing the bank's business by selling banking products like accounts, cards, and insurance, as well as third-party products. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting offsite marketing, cross-selling to existing customers, ensuring compliance, and using the bank's CRM system. The position requires strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, a willingness to travel locally, and a customer-focused attitude to build relationships and achieve daily and monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for the bank. Product Sales: Sell a variety of banking and third-party products, including savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, credit/debit cards, and insurance. Sales Targets: Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain business relationships with both new and existing customers. Marketing and Outreach: Participate in offsite marketing activities and conduct market research. Cross-selling: Cross-sell additional products to existing customers to increase their banking relationship with Axis Bank. Customer Service: Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Compliance: Fulfill all mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and other compliance norms. CRM & Certifications: Maintain records in the bank's CRM system and complete required certifications
