Role Description

The Assistant Managers Audit & Taxation are expected to possess sound knowledge and relevant experience in their respective domains to ensure delivery of high-quality work. The key responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial and tax audits, including preparation and review of audit working papers.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, taxation laws, and other applicable statutory regulations.
• Supporting the team in maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate/Finalist,
• CA Examination leave are planned and provided as per requirement
• Sound knowledge of Companies Act , Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Candidates based in neighboring areas of Malleshwaram, Bangalore will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations
• Experience in the corporate advisory or Taxation advisory or business consulting field is a plus
