As an Assistant Manager in the Directorate of Alumni Relations, your role involves managing alumni records, supporting events, coordinating communications, and responding to alumni inquiries. You will work closely with the team to support campus reunions, networking events, and outreach programs, fostering stronger connections between the university and its alumni. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take on creative projects such as designing newsletters, creating email or social media content, developing alumni spotlights, and assisting with themed event planning. Key Responsibilities: - Manage alumni records efficiently - Support events and ensure their smooth execution - Coordinate communications with alumni - Respond promptly and effectively to alumni inquiries - Assist in organizing campus reunions, networking events, and outreach programs - Design newsletters and create engaging email or social media content - Develop alumni spotlights to showcase their achievements - Help with themed event planning to enhance alumni engagement efforts Qualifications: - UG degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience - PG/MBA degree holders, including freshers, are welcome - Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and optionally, Hindi - An outgoing personality would be an advantage The Directorate of Alumni Relations plays a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening the ties between the university and its alumni. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage with alumni across various cities in India, conduct Alumni Chapter meets, and open new Alumni Chapters to expand the network.
