Assistant Manager- Air Traffic Control

As an Assistant Manager/ Manager of Air Traffic Management for the Western Region at Mumbai Airport, you will be responsible for overseeing all air traffic management-related functions including Air Traffic Services, Runway, Apron, and Airport infrastructure. Your role will involve proactive engagement in runway safety meetings, participation in safety risk assessments, management of airport infrastructure and facilities, and addressing queries raised by pilots within the sector. You will also be monitoring the progress of airside-related work to ensure efficient and safe air traffic operations. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the Western Region in all matters related to Air Traffic Management. - Attend and actively contribute to Runway Safety Meetings, providing insights for enhancing safety protocols. - Participate in Safety Risk Assessments conducted by Airport operators. - Oversee airport infrastructure and facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency. - Address queries and concerns raised by pilots regarding Air Traffic Services, providing timely solutions. - Monitor the progress of airside-related work, collaborating with the Airport team for timely action. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in Air Traffic Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - Air Traffic Controller is the first preference, Flight Dispatcher is the second preference. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of Annex 14, Air Traffic Control Procedures, and Regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
