Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets for the assigned region.
• Conduct outreach to schools, colleges, and educational counselors for collaborations and awareness programs.
• Organize and lead admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, scholarships, and career pathways.
• Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities — from digital promotions to on-ground campaigns — for brand visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate data and prepare periodic reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall admission performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with educational partners and community stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or student admissions within the education sector.
• Hands-on experience in ATL & BTL campaign execution and outreach program coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Punjab & Haryana.
