R-1165342The role of a Innovation Planning Manager is to ensure landing of innovations on time in full. . Lead must be the supply chain face for holding network together for the category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and R&D teams continuously. In depth understanding is very critical for all the landing of projects along with stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the innovation and renovation networks as per the the Innoflex process of Unilever
  • Well versed with Project Management process and softwares like MS Projects etc.
  • Hold individuals of network team accountable for their responsibilities & timely execution
  • Efficient Stakeholder management for smooth network/project execution
  • Understand the supply chain end to end for better understanding of constraints in network

  • Category Teams- Marketing, Customer Marketing

  • Planning- Central Demand, Supply and Distribution Planning teams, Planning Excellence,

Experience Requirement

Min 2 yrs of experience in Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Customer Service/ Supply chain other verticals

Educational Qualification
