Job Description:
Banerjee Inn is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Executive to support daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with other departments for smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Conduct inspections and maintain housekeeping records.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Assist in training and guiding the housekeeping team.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping operations (supervisory level preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and guest-handling ability.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
