Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Associate at The Postcard Hotel, you will play a vital role in upholding the brand’s promise of understated luxury and immaculate comfort. You will ensure that every room and guest area reflects the warmth, cleanliness, and elegance synonymous with The Postcard experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn and grow in the world of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces as per brand standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all areas of the property.

• Handle guest laundry, linen, and amenities with care and attention.

• Replenish supplies, replace linens, and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Ensure equipment and materials are used responsibly and stored properly.

• Assist in turndown service and special room preparations when required.

• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

• Uphold The Postcard brand standards in every task performed. Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management (preferred).

• 0–3 years of housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.

• Passionate about service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

• Professional demeanor with a warm and courteous approach toward guests.

• Awareness and appreciation of The Postcard brand philosophy and service ethos.
