Role Description: Assitant Manager – Sea Horizon, North Goa

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Hotel Manager to support the management of Sea Horizon in North Goa. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, help manage budgets, and support sales initiatives through enhanced OTA listings. They will contribute to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, streamlining processes, and motivating the team. With a focus on supporting Food & Beverage management, customer service, and revenue growth, the Assistant Hotel Manager will play a crucial role in reinforcing Sea Horizon's position as a premier destination for travelers. Additionally, this role involves assisting in staff management, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the efficient operation of all hotel departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales, with a preference for those who have previously worked in Goa hotels.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Between 2 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Proven experience in budgeting and sales management.

Qualifications

Experience in operations management, staff supervision, and customer service

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in Goa hotels is highly desirable.

Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.

Compensation:

A monthly salary of ₹30,000 to 35,000
