Assistant Health And Safety Manager

Candidate will support Client account in Gurgaon & Noida office

Oversee the Health & Safety Compliance part and implement the management system in coordination with Client/ requirement.

Responsible for the development of overall site safety policies and programs, safety, effectiveness and controls, i.e. Audits or measures necessary to ensure standards are met and maintained as per client requirement and system

Ensuring proper and exhaustive investigations of incidents connected with operation and Transport on and off site involving safety, wellness and/or environmental issues, identifying the root causes and the Corrective and Preventive actions.

Training/ involve / arranging required Health & Safety training for Client employees (Internal / External)

Work towards / support for the certification of ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007/ ISO 45001:2018 and educate the site team on the requirements.

Implementation of Best Practices 10 Safety Rules and Global HS Standards / Requirements across sites.

Oversee the Client HS requirements, Prepare / Validate and update documents (Risk Assessment, Work procedures & SOPs) and Report.

Interacting with Site admin/FMs to ensure HS requirements are met on site, including all permits and licenses regarding HS, BAU , KPI etc. Maintain a good working relationship with all FMs.

Conduct Walk through Audits / Spot inspections, implement best practices in all locations.

Generating H&S Report every month and share with the Client, work on the KPIs and compliance plans.

Encouraging all staff to work under Health & Safety rules and regulation and also promote events for H&S campaigns etc.

Maintain communication channel with site lead , to give a summary of performance in H &S management at sites, including recommendations for improvement, communicating safety policies to all employees;

Initiate of Corrective and Preventive action for the non-conformances relating to the H&S Management System,

Monthly Reporting on the performance of the H&S Management system for the client.

Required Candidate profile

Having good communication skills, both verbal and written. Multi lingual local language, Hindi and English preferred.

Must be B.E / B Tech/ Polytechnic/ Science graduate with Health and Safety and have Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety ( ADIS)

Background and experience in Facility Management / Construction/ Industrial Safety

Should be willing to travel and visiting all the sites regularly for Training, Auditing and other requirements on Health and Safety .
