As an Assistant for Tender Documentation & Management at Hazoor Multiprojects Ltd (HMPL), you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to meeting India's infrastructure needs. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules and project activities, ensuring smooth tender management by liaising with team members, and maintaining organized records for compliance and project tracking. Additionally, you will support day-to-day administrative tasks related to tender processes. To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and administrative abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. The ability to multitask, work independently, and prior experience in tender documentation and record-keeping are desired qualities. Experience in the Renewable Energy industry would be a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
