Assistant Guest Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Guest Services:

  Overseeing the daily operations of the guest relations desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, and managing guest requests.

• Ensuring Guest Satisfaction:

  Providing excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and complaints, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

• Maintaining Communication:

  Facilitating communication between different departments to ensure guest needs are met and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues.

• Supporting Management:

  Assisting the Guest Relations Manager with daily tasks, training, and development of guest service staff, and implementing service programs.

• Promoting Positive Image:

  Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, maintaining a professional demeanor, and representing the hotel or organization positively.

• Handling Inquiries and Complaints:

  Responding to guest inquiries via various channels (phone, email, in person), providing accurate information, and resolving complaints effectively.

• Assisting with VIP Guests:

  Greeting and attending to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay, and coordinating special requests.

• Participating in Departmental Activities:

  Attending daily briefings and department meetings, contributing to operational strategies, and participating in training sessions.
