Assistant General Manager Project Management

As an Assistant General Manager - Project Management (Formulation), your primary responsibilities will include communicating with stakeholders regarding the introduction of new projects in markets such as ROW, US, and EU. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring all projects through a Milestone Tracker. Additionally, you will conduct regular meetings to review the updated status of ongoing projects and resolve any issues that may arise. In this role, you will coordinate with various departments including Technical Services, Purchase, Commercial, Warehouse, QC, QA, and Production Planning to ensure the availability and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and active pharmaceutical ingredients. You will also work closely with the Production Planning team to secure slot availability at the plant facility. Furthermore, as part of your responsibilities, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams for the execution of optimization, scale-up, and validation batches. Your extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, along with a qualification of M. Pharm and 15-20 years of experience, will be crucial in successfully fulfilling the duties of this role.
