Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

B E Civil / Construction Management (preferably from NICMAR)

EXPERIENCE:

  • 20 - 25 Years of relevant exposure to project planning & coordination activities preferably from Real Estate / construction industry.

POSITION PROFILE:

  • Assist the Project Director in the aspects of Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource planning.
  • Assisting in Quantity Estimation, Preparation of Budgets and schedules in MS Project.
  • To prepare construction schedules and to monitor and track progress of work.
  • To coordinate review meetings with management, consultants and contractors.
  • Preparing MIS Reports related to projects.
  • Ensure follow up on drawings, designs, tenders and material procurement.
  • Contract Management - Preparing Tenders, BOQ, Work Orders, Purchase Orders etc.
  • Monitoring and Control of project Cost

KEY SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with MS Office & MS Projects.
  • Exposure to working in a SAP environment will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
