A strategic and leadership-oriented role focused on aligning employee development with organizational goals. The role is responsible for building a strong learning culture, managing a team, and ensuring training initiatives have a measurable business impact.

What you'll do at Digitide

  • Finance Acumen:

  • Plan and Implement business focused interventions
  • Develop & Manage the Yearly Training Budget
  • Source and Create Information Depositary

  • Customer Orientation:

  • Implement L&D Initiatives as per learning Calendars
  • Identify Learning & Development needs for the Internal Customers
  • Design Trainings to create a delightful experience for the External Customers

Assist the organization in achieving NPS

  • Internal Business Process:

  • Develop, plan and implement required training projects pan India.
  • Facilitate training - scope, goals and deliverable.
  • Define requirements - resources, content and infrastructure
  • Assemble and coordinate the workforce for training delivery, Plan, schedule and adhere to training timelines.
  • Maintain quality as per agreed organization standards
  • Monitor and report progress/challenges/improvement of training

Evaluations, assessments and outcome of L&D initiatives

  • People/Learning & Growth:

  • Upgrade knowledge and adopt industry training requirement/trend
  • Share and implement industry's best practices

Support Internal Promotion Module for talent identification and development.

  • Qualifications:

  • L&D Certifications DISC / PI / Coaching / OD principles / ID principles
  • Graduate / Postgraduate.
  • 14-18 years experience in L&D with 5+ years of corporate L&D experience.
