Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead our real estate project operations at Aura Skyrise, Banur–Landran. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in managing real estate sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations of the project.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and corporate networks.
• Strategize and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities for project visibility.
• Handle client meetings, property visits, and deal closures with professionalism.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution and communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the real estate industry (residential or commercial projects).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Smart, confident, and goal-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and handle client interactions effectively.
