Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communication, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and respond to inquiries. Manage office correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.). Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Assist HR/administration with maintaining employee and visitor records. Provide basic information about the company and services to walk-in visitors. Support other departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate with vendors and office support staff as needed. Requirements Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service-oriented and well-groomed. Minimum Qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Benefits Competitive salary.
