Assistant General Manager - Business & Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Generate leads and manage partnerships for NAPS/NATS, B.Voc, D.Voc, ITI, and work-integrated programs
• Conduct industry research to identify new partnership opportunities
• Build strategic relationships with HR heads and key decision-makers
• Manage sales pipeline and perform client visits to drive expansion

2. Business Management

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify new business opportunities in staffing and workforce management
• Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure service excellence
• Analyze market trends and maintain competitive positioning

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations across staffing, outsourcing, and deployment projects
• Supervise field teams and maintain coordination with plant/unit HR heads
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and service quality
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage executives, supervisors, and field staff
• Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration
• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate employee development

5. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure regulatory compliance across all service verticals
• Prepare reports and dashboards on operations, revenue, and client engagement for senior management

6. Operational Coordination & Payroll Automation Support

• Coordinate with central ops team for seamless payroll execution
• Monitor and support field operations and automation processes
