Fibe has disbursed more than 7 million+ loans worth Rs. 26,000 Cr+ since inception through its lending partners.

We are looking at hieing an AM/DM for our Finance department

Experience:

Location

Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts

Management and administration of day-to-day accounting and finance activities including vendor

payouts, controlling expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Responsible for preparation and presentation of monthly MIS including the variation analysis.

Preparation and presentation of MIS to internal stakeholders

Preparation of quarterly results for the purpose of filing with stock exchanges under LODR and

completion of audit in a timely manner

Managing and leading a team comprising of accounting.

Reviewing the Ind-AS financial statements on quarterly and yearly basis

Fund Management

Reconciliation between bank and LMS

Suggest improvements with respect to systems, practices, MIS etc.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant

Experience of managing team is must

In-depth Ind-AS (Indian Accounting Standards) knowledge is must

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-point.

Post qualification experience from Big 4 is preferred.

Excellent analytical skills.

Experience from NBFC background will be preferred.
