Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Chennai. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, coordinating with clients, preparing and processing immigration documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The Assistant will also communicate with legal advisors and business associates to ensure the smooth processing of immigration applications.

Qualifications

• Office management skills including scheduling, record keeping, and document preparation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and legal advisors
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Experience in the immigration or legal services industry is a plus
• Any Bachelor's degree or diploma holders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
