Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Manager - BNPL Digital Health (Neighbourhood Clinics) based in New Delhi. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects, performing data analytics, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analytics
• Exceptional Communication skills for client and team interactions
• Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targets
• Project Management skills to handle and deliver multiple projects efficiently
• Relevant experience in the FinTech or health tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently
