Assistant Football Coach

As a Coach for the club, your role involves maintaining high ethical standards in coaching and ensuring that players are knowledgeable and prepared for all sessions. You will be responsible for attending meetings, providing constructive feedback, and assisting in the overall development of the club. Your duties also include offering feedback on the organization and success of coaching teams, traveling to training and competitions, and informing the Head Coach in advance of any missed sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver coaching sessions in the Grassroots development phase following the Academy philosophy and coaching syllabus. - Conduct monthly individual player progress reviews with players and relevant coaching staff. - Lead by example by being diligent and observant at all times. - Consider safety and risk in all projects in collaboration with the Head of Academy & Welfare. - Create a safe and respectful learning environment for all players and coaches to enhance their holistic development. - Perform administrative tasks such as collecting documents, uploading to CMS for all age groups, and conducting internal tournaments. Qualifications Required: - Strong coaching skills and experience in the field. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Prior experience in grassroots development and player progress monitoring. - Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management. - Organizational skills for administrative tasks.
