The Assistant Football Coach will assist in planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions, mentoring players in skill development, and strategizing for matches. The role also involves collaborating with the head coach to implement game plans and maintain player discipline and motivation. This position requires active involvement in organizing team logistics and ensuring the overall well-being of players. Qualifications Strong foundational skills in Football, Football Coaching, and Coaching Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players and staff Experience in planning and conducting tailored training programs Passion for mentoring and developing players’ abilities Ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment Relevant certifications in football coaching are a plus Prior experience in a coaching or assistant coaching role is advantageous
