As an Assistant Food and Beverage Controller at our company located in Sohna, your primary role will involve monitoring and managing food and beverage costs, conducting menu costing, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring the financial health of the restaurant. You will work closely with the culinary and management teams on a daily basis to control costs, improve processes, and maintain accurate records.
