Assistant Financial Controller

Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

The Assistant Financial Controller is responsible for managing the financial accounting, Statutory audit, Internal audit, Management reporting and Compliance requirements of the legal entity.

1. Responsible for the preparation of financial related information required by government and regulatory agencies for statutory/external financial reporting.
2. Performing the financial reporting of legal entities results (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with US GAAP & Local GAAP
3. Performing the analysis and interpretation of financial results, to assess risk, if any, to Oracle operations and propose mitigation plans
4. To work in cross-functional relationships with Oracle's Finance, Sales, Legal, Human Resources, Tax and Treasury organizations.
5. Ensures that financial information and statements reflect the true and fair view'of the legal entity, for US GAAP consolidated reporting, and statutory reporting.
6. Implement best practice system processes and controls for the Corporation and legal entities to comply with all internal and external financial reporting obligations and to manage and minimize risk.
7. Participate in Global & Regional strategic initiatives that optimize and enhance the operations of the Chief Accounting Officer organization.

Qualification and Experience

• The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant, 1 to 2 Years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Good knowledge on Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Good knowledge on Corporate and Taxation Laws.
• Working knowledge in ERP environment. Experience on any of the Data Analytics Tool will be an added advantage.

• Articulates clear and concise messages in a logical and descriptive manner
