Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
fund raising
activities including
Working Capital, Term Loans, Asset/Equipment Finance, and Project Finance
.
Coordinate with
banks, financial institutions, and government bodies
to secure financing.
Ensure compliance with
project funding requirements
and manage issuance of
Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Demand Loans, Vendor Financing, and other financial instruments
.
Oversee
finance-related compliances
as per industry and institutional guidelines.
Prepare and present financial documents, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and regulatory authorities.

Educational Qualifications:

Post Graduate:
MBA/PGDM in Finance
Graduation:
Engineering background
(preferred)

Experience:

7+ years
of relevant experience in
Project Finance, Working Capital and financial management
, preferably in the
Infrastructure sector
.

Systems Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
advanced/expert level.
