Assistant F&B Manager

Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage/Culinary Management position at The St. Regis Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the food and beverage/culinary operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining high standards, and achieving financial goals. Key Responsibilities: - Create and nurture a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for providing service. - Provide excellent customer service to all employees and respond quickly and proactively to their concerns. - Use coaching skills throughout the property to motivate and encourage staff to address guest and employee-related concerns. - Ensure exceptional customer service by responding quickly to guest concerns, setting service expectations, and developing relationships with guests to build repeated clientele. - Comply with all corporate accounting procedures and assist the General Manager as needed with annual Quality audit. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR - 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major with 1 year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
