Assistant F&B Manager

You will be responsible for managing food and beverage/culinary operations at Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining standards and meeting financial goals. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or GED along with 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related field from an accredited university, with 1 year of relevant experience, is also acceptable. Your core work activities will include creating a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service, resolving employee and guest concerns promptly, setting service expectations, addressing guest complaints effectively, and building strong relationships with guests. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be expected to comply with corporate accounting procedures and assist the General Manager with annual Quality audits when needed.
