Assistant Fashion Designer

The Assistant Fashion Designer supports the design team in creating, developing, and executing fashion collections from concept to production. This role involves research, sketching, technical support, fabric sourcing, sampling coordination, and documentation while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal themes

Create and modify sketches, flats, and CAD designs

Support in fabric, trim, and embellishment sourcing

Prepare technical packs (tech packs) and specifications for production

Coordinate with sampling and production teams

Track sample development and approve changes as instructed

Conduct trend forecasting and competitor analysis

Organize and maintain fabric and trim libraries

Manage design documentation and version control

Attend fittings and record changes

Support photoshoots, lookbooks, and presentations

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
