About the Role:
Shaping Careers Education Society is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Fashion Designer (Teacher) to conduct Skill Training Programs under various government and CSR initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in fashion design, stitching, and garment construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for trainees.
• Teach fundamentals of fashion design, cutting, stitching, pattern making, and finishing.
• Guide trainees in developing creative and market-ready products.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
• Support the mobilization and placement activities when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing or Garment Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or industry experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about skill development and women empowerment.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as per project requirement)
Salary: As per experience and scheme norms

Pay: ₹12,742.57 - ₹18,921.68 per month
