Conduct periodic inspections and daily operation checks of electrical equipmentsuch as transformers, UPS, DG sets, electrical panels, lifts, and lighting systemsin line with SOP and EHS standards.Implement improvements and orchestrate preventive maintenance programs, including preparation of logbooks, checklists, and inspection schedules.Monitor Building Management System (BMS) operations, manage incident escalation, and carry out root cause analysis for equipment failures.
