Job Description

The Assistant Facilities Manager will support the effective management of day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth coordination between corporate clients, building management, and vendors. Responsibilities include overseeing CAM (Common Area Maintenance) collections, building upkeep, and compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in facilities management. The ability to reliably commute to the work location in person is required, with a preference for candidates already located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
