Job Description

You will be responsible for handling shift operations in all shifts, analyzing production issues, and providing timely resolutions. Supporting subordinates during shifts and postproduction, as well as managing manpower in shift operations, will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be accountable for order confirmation in various reports, coordinating between mould station configuration and the planner/execution team, and verifying plan orders, seconds order creation, scrapping, and repairing. Furthermore, you will need to prepare consolidated reports during shift operations, analyze previous day activities, take corrective actions against deviations during production, track special orders, and email shift-wise reports to seniors. Active participation in 5S and Lean management for the respective zone is required, along with resolving conflicts between the Machine Team and Conveyor Team when necessary and demonstrating a team-building approach. Your duties will also include optimizing resources during shifts, ensuring quality, and actively participating in 5S and Lean management for the respective zone.,
