Assistant Executive - HR-WIV

Job Description: As an HR professional, your primary responsibility will be to oversee recruitment and selection processes, which includes tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. You will also be in charge of designing and implementing employee training and development programs. It will be your duty to maintain HR records, encompassing employee files, compensation, and benefits information. Your role will further involve managing employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts or issues, and handling employee complaints and grievances in a professional and confidential manner. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees and driving Employee Engagement Programs will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards, and overseeing the HR department staff will complete your role.
