Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive with strong Personal Assistant skills to provide administrative and coordination support to senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and administrative support to senior partners
  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients and internal staff
  • Maintain files and handle confidential information
  • Support daily office operations and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience as Assistant Executive / Personal Assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Eligibility

  • Only married women candidates will be considered for this role
