AR Caller

As an AR Caller at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable by communicating with insurance companies and ensuring timely resolution of claims. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to insurance companies for claims follow-up. - Resolving denials, rejections, and pending claims efficiently. - Maintaining proper documentation on patient accounts to ensure accuracy. - Meeting productivity and quality standards to contribute to the team's success. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Graduate in any field. - 2 years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare RCM. - Strong English communication skills. - Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
