Assistant Executive Chef

Are you passionate about food, fast-paced environments, and learning from the best? We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Operations Associate to support daily kitchen functions across multiple QSR outlets under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes across all outlets
• Assist in developing and standardizing recipes and kitchen SOPs
• Monitor hygiene standards, prep routines, and end-of-day closing procedures
• Support in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
• Help with inventory checks and maintaining kitchen efficiency
• Contribute ideas for improving speed, quality, and food innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on team player with a passion for food and operational excellence
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured kitchen environment
• Prior experience in a QSR or similar kitchen setup (preferred but not mandatory)
• Attention to detail, especially with food quality and hygiene
• Strong communication and time management skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
