Are you a hands-on engineer with experience in project execution and on-site installations? Do you have a knack for managing technical processes and leading installation teams across commercial and residential sites?
✅ Leading end-to-end site installations for PDLC and other architectural films
✅ Coordinating with architects, contractors, and automation partners
✅ Overseeing quality control, film application processes & troubleshooting
✅ Managing a pan-India execution schedule and training regional teams
✅ Ensuring timely, professional project delivery across verticals
• 3–5 years of experience in film or glass installation, façade systems, or AV integration
• Strong project management and site coordination skills
• Technical understanding of PDLC/Smart Films preferred
• Willingness to travel across cities for project execution
• Problem-solver with leadership mindset
• Be at the forefront of smart glass innovation in India
