Assistant District Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

· Identification of Candidates Suitable for the EMSO/EA/ Fleet Mechanic/ Fleet Electrician position.

Documentation

Ensure Upkeep of documents w.r.t. Ambulance Documents ,Stakeholder letters, Staff Documents

Reports

Ensure reports are sent to the concerned department as per the timelines

Activity

Ensuring Ambulance Staff Attendance ·and duty scheduling .

Record keeping of Running material of maintenance (Mechanic + Fleet Manager)-to be discuss

Conducting/participating in Awareness Activity

Fleet Related Work

· As per fleet application ( updation of pre and post maintenance work, Quotation Upload, Invoice Upload)- as required

Grievance Redressal

· Responding to Grievances as raised by Grievance or any other Department-as required

· To be a part of the Disciplinary committee - as required

Stakeholder Relations

Meeting with the external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Communication

· Timely and clear written/verbal communication with the concerned department- as required

Additional Responsibilities

· Ensuring adherence to MEMS processes for managing emergencies as per protocol.

· To ensure adherence to the additional responsibilities/role as and when instructed by the management from time to time.

· To adhere to the BVG India Ltd Code of Conduct and polices/procedures ( including Zero Tolerance Policy)

· To ensure and maintain secrecy of company and project-related sensitive data/ information/facts/ figures.

· To maintain the dignity of the brand of BVG India Ltd.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
