Assistant Dispatch Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Dispatch Manager, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving and processing sale orders. Your responsibilities will include issuing pick lists, monitoring the packing of goods, and ensuring accurate documentation of delivery notes, invoices, and GRNs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory based on allocated bin locations and batch numbers/serial numbers, including conducting scheduled audits of inventory - Issue production orders and oversee assembly processes according to defined BOMs - Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase departments to manage material delivery requirements - Segregate and share shipping details with customers for a seamless delivery experience - Verify freight vendors" bills as per contract terms and forward them to the accounts department - Review open orders and provide regular reports to the Manager - Present daily plans and achievement details to the manager for review - Have knowledge of Inventory and Production modules in SAP Business One - File documents in their respective folders for easy access and reference Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in SAP Business One software - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Prior experience in dispatch management or inventory control is preferred Please note that the job is located in Thiruvallur and is a full-time position.,
