As an Assistant Director at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), you will work closely with the Creative Leader to contribute to the teams" creative journey. Your role will involve collaborating with global teams to produce creatively inspiring and strategically precise work aligned with branding guidelines. You will also provide consulting to business teams on the best creative approaches for campaigns, build relationships with creative talent and business leaders, and leverage technology to produce exceptional creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include contributing to high-visibility campaigns, positioning the organization as a leading global brand, and shaping the long-term vision and strategy for creative work. Key Responsibilities: - Bring together global teams to produce work aligned with branding guidelines and organizational purpose - Provide consulting on creative approaches for campaigns - Build and maintain relationships with creative talent and business leaders - Focus on details and big picture, being analytical and creative - Inspire creativity and collaboration among diverse perspectives - Stay updated on industry trends and relevant tools - Understand developments in business, art, culture, politics, and technology Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Preferably a visual arts/design-related degree - Led teams and projects to win globally recognized awards - Experience in leading cross-channel campaigns for leading global brands - Strong executive presence and communication skills - 12+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a reputed agency Technologies and Tools: - Proficiency in Mac and PC environments, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant digital tools Additional Details: EY GDS operates globally and offers a wide range of career opportunities across various disciplines.
